Bucket elevators are suitable for vertical transportation of powdery, granular, and small pieces of bulk materials with low abrasiveness, such as grain, coal, cement, crushed ore, etc., with a lifting height of up to 40m. The DT type is designed and manufactured according to JB3926-85 "Vertical Bucket Elevator" standard. Currently, there are four types of bucket elevators commonly used in China, namely: Q type (shallow bucket), H type (arc bottom bucket), ZD type ( Medium-deep bucket), SD type (deep bucket).
① The driving power is small, and the inflow feeding, induced discharging, and large-capacity hoppers are intensively arranged. There is almost no material return and excavation when the material is lifted, so the ineffective power is small.
② Wide lifting range. This type of elevator has few requirements on the type and characteristics of materials. It can not only lift general powdery and small granular materials, but also lift materials with greater grindability, good sealing and less environmental pollution.
③ Good operating reliability, advanced design principles and processing methods ensure the reliability of the entire machine operation, with a failure-free time of more than 20,000 hours. The lifting height is high and the elevator operates smoothly, so a high lifting height can be achieved.
④ Long service life. The feeding of the elevator adopts an inflow type. There is no need to use a bucket to dig materials. There is little extrusion and collision between materials. This machine is designed to ensure that materials rarely scatter during feeding and unloading, reducing mechanical wear.
The hopper scoops up the materials from the storage below. As the conveyor belt or chain is lifted to the top, it bypasses the top wheel and then flips downwards. The bucket elevator pours the materials into the receiving trough. The transmission belt of a belt-driven bucket elevator generally uses a rubber belt, which is installed on the upper or lower transmission roller and the upper and lower redirecting roller. Chain-driven bucket elevators are generally equipped with two parallel transmission chains, with a pair of transmission sprockets above or below and a pair of redirecting sprockets below or above. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with a casing to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevator. The bucket elevator is suitable for lifting from low to high places. After the supplied materials are put into the hopper through the vibrating table, the machine automatically and continuously operates to transport upwards.
1. Agriculture: Vertically lift grains, seeds, and animal feed with minimal spillage.
2. Mining & Minerals: Transport coal, ores, crushed aggregates, and mineral powders.
3. Cement & Construction: Elevate cement, sand, gypsum, and dry bulk materials.
4. Chemical Industry: Safely handle powders, granules, and abrasive chemical products.
5. Food Processing: Hygienically convey sugar, flour, salt, and snack ingredients.
6. Recycling Facilities: Move bulk recyclables like plastics, metals, or wood chips.
7. Power Generation: Transfer ash, biomass, or fuel pellets in energy plants.
8. Pharmaceuticals: Handle sensitive raw materials under controlled, dust-free conditions.
