Product Introduction

The rotary vibrating screen uses weights (unbalanced weights) installed at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor to convert the rotational motion force of the motor into horizontal, vertical, and tilted three-dimensional motion (three-dimensional motion), and then this motion passed to the screen surface. Changing the phase angle of the upper and lower weights can change the movement trajectory of the material on the screen surface.

① The widest screening range: suitable for screening of various particles and powders, and filtration of slurries. Screening can reach 500-600 mesh, and filtration can reach 5 microns;

② The mesh is not clogged: specially designed various screen cleaning devices minimize the chance of mesh clogging;

③ Single-layer and multi-layer sorting: A single RN vibrating screening machine can select 1-5 layers of screens and can perform 2 to 6 levels of sorting at the same time; single-layer filtration can meet the requirements at one time;
